Content Warnings

Looking for a little more information on the content of a show? You’re in the right place! We know that our community brings diverse experiences into the theater with them and we wish to acknowledge that sensitivity to subject matter varies from person to person.

Content Advisories for our upcoming shows are below. If you are looking for more detailed information about content, age-appropriateness, or stage effects that might impact your comfort or the comfort of your party, we invite you to contact the Constellation Box Office by emailing info@seeconstellation.org or calling 812.336.9300 (M-F 12-5pm). 

Note: Effects like haze, strobe, and loud noises cannot always be predicted until the show is in rehearsals and fully staged. Check back for updates as we get closer to each production! 

25/26 Season Content Warnings

Finn: A New Musical:

• Fun for all ages! 

Another Revolution:

• Recommended for ages 13+. Contains adult themes and mild adult language.

26/27 Season Content Warnings

Heist:

• Contains moments of on stage violence, gunshot sound effects, flashing lights, & haze. Recommended for ages 12+

Goosebumps:

• Contains mild spooky elements, moments of suspense, and theatrical effects that may be startling for younger audiences. Fun for all ages!

Annie:

• Contains themes of child neglect, poverty, and emotional themes surrounding orphans looking for parents. Mild depictions of alcohol use and mild language. Fun for all ages!

The ConstelLate Show:

• Mature Language and humor. Recommended for ages 13+

An Enemy of the People:

• Contains discussions of public health, community division, threatening behavior, mob mentality, and ethical dilemmas. Recommended for ages 12+

Mojo & Jimmy: The Totally Awesome Magic Show:

• Fun for all ages! 

The Cottage:

• Contains adult themes related to infidelity, romantic entanglements, and sexual relationships. Includes suggestive language, the presence of a firearm, gunshot sound effects, onstage smoking, alcohol consumption, and physical comedy/slapstick violence. Recommended for ages 16+
