Please note: All orders, regardless of sales channel, include a $2/ticket processing fee and a $1/ticket venue preservation fee. 

TICKET DELIVERY:

The following methods are available for all phone or online single ticket purchases:

1. e-tickets/print-at-home: The easiest, most convenient option. Use your phone or mobile device to skip the will-call line and head straight to your seats.
2. Will-call: Pick up your physical tickets at the venue box office (available at least one-hour before showtime)

TICKET SALE POLICIES:

Ticketing Fees: All single ticket orders are subject to a $2/ticket convenience fee and a $1/ticket venue preservation fee. These fees allow Constellation to continue to offer high-quality customer service, as well as make necessary updates and improvements to its two primary venues: the historic John Waldron Arts Center and the Ted Jones Playhouse.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange your ticket to another performance, you can do so for a $5 per ticket fee (free for subscribers). Exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled curtain time. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be handled by a member of the Constellation staff. If you have not arrived at the theater by the start of the show, your tickets may be voided and resold. To exchange your tickets email info@seeconstellation.org or call the Constellation Box Office M-F 12-5pm at (812) 336-9300.

NOTE: Ticket exchanges may be subject to an additional upgrade fee.

Late Seating: No late seating. Please arrive at the theater at least 15 minutes before the performance start time. If you have not arrived at the theater by the start of the show, your tickets may be voided and resold.

Refunds: No refunds will be administered. If you cannot attend a particular performance, contact the Constellation Box Office to exchange your tickets. If this option does not work, you can donate the tickets back to Constellation and you will receive a tax donation acknowledgement for the value of the tickets. Donations to Constellation are fully tax deductible.

Health and Safety Guidelines: At this time, Constellation Stage & Screen is not requiring proof of vaccination or a recent negative Covid-19 test for any events. Masks are encouraged, but not required. Due to the ever-evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, Constellation’s Health & Safety policies are always subject to change. Please note that all ticket sales are final.
