Join Mojo the Monkey and his surprising sidekick Jimmy the Tomato for a jungle adventure packed with laughs and mind-blowing magic. In a world where the bananas are magical and the magic is bananas, everything changes when their beloved tree suddenly stops producing fruit. These two unlikely heroes must step up and pull off their most spectacular tricks yet to save the day. Bursting with big laughs, astonishing illusions, and interactive moments for the whole family, Mojo & Jimmy: The Totally Awesome Magic Show is a joyful celebration of friendship, imagination, and the power of working together. About The PB&J Cafe

PB&J Cafe: A Dinner Theater for Kids! At the PB&J Cafe, young theatergoers will enjoy a meal during the performance and leave with autographs from their favorite characters. 

HOW IT WORKS:

  • A Meal with the Show – Each child will receive a meal featuring a classic PB&J, a tasty side, sweet treat, and a juice box. Grown-ups will enjoy a grazing table featuring a selection of hors d’oeuvres. Plus, our bar will be open for additional drink purchases.
  • A Special Atmosphere – The auditorium will be transformed into an interactive dining experience, with tables arranged on the risers and additional seating behind them.
  • Pre-Show Activities – Before the show starts, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in two fun pre-show activities.
  • Meet the Cast – After the show, kids will have a chance to meet the cast and receive autographs from their favorite characters!

Sensory-Friendly & Nut-Free Performance

Sunday, April 11 at 4:00pm

Constellation offers select sensory-friendly performances for our Constellation for Kids series. This special performance is designed to create a theater experience that is welcoming to all families with children with sensory sensitivities. Tickets to Constellation’s sensory-friendly performances are Pay What You Will, meaning you get to choose your own ticket price (starting at $10, plus a $3 venue preservation fee). Sponsored by Unlocking the Spectrum.

Our sensory-friendly performance will be completely nut-free. For this performance only, families are welcome to bring their own food (within reason, no nuts allowed).

Accommodations for these performances include:

  • Lower sound level, especially for startling or loud sounds
  • Lights remain on at a low level in the theater during the performance
  • Elimination of any strobe or flashing light sequences
  • Patrons are free to talk and leave their seats during the performance
  • More space in theater seating area for standing and movement
  • Fidgets and noise canceling headphones welcome
  • Resource materials available online and at performances, so families know what to expect at the theater and during the show.

David Sheehan (he/him)
Director

David Sheehan is an Actor, Director, and Sound Designer based in Bloomington, Indiana. He spent several years as the Associate Artistic Director for the Bloomington Playwrights Project where he directed the Woodward/Newman Award winning plays You Remind Me of You and Out of Orbit and was a member of the directing team for HomeMake Me Bad, and Everything In Its Place: The Life and Slimes of Marc Summers. On stage for Constellation, David was most recently seen as Dennis in The Play That Goes Wrong, Sherlock #1 in Holmes and Watson, and Dr Chasuble in The Importance of Being Earnest. David’s recent sound designs for Constellation include: Polkadots: The Cool Kids Musical, Maple & Vine, Wipeout, and Alex Gold: Stuck on Repeat. Recent directing credits for Constellation include An Act of God. In 2024 David made his Off-Broadway debut with the sound design for Everything In Its Place: The Life and Slimes of Marc Summers.
