Gallery Rentals

As managers of the Waldron Arts Center, Constellation is committed to showcasing work by individual artists and local arts organizations. We don’t handle arts sales and don’t take any commission on art that is exhibited in our galleries, so our visual arts program is solely supported by contributed income in the form of sponsorships and donations.

Exhibits in the gallery spaces at the Waldron are curated by Constellation’s Gallery Manager most months of the year. However, there are limited periods of 2-4 weeks when the galleries are available for rental for private shows or exhibitions and pricing is listed below. 

For all spaces, rentals periods are extremely limited and subject to the Constellation exhibition calendar. Because this is a multi-use, public facing building, all private exhibition requests are subject to review by the Gallery Manager or Constellation’s Visual Art Committee.

Rosemary P. Miller Gallery:

Capacity: 100 – 125 standing or 50 – 75 sitting
Size: 634 square feet, see plans for details

Pricing for private art shows: 2 week min. at $1000, 1 month at $1500, plus $50 an hour for the labor (art handling) and materials. ​

Educational Gallery:

Capacity: 40 – 50 people standing or 20-30 people sitting
Size: 325 square feet, see plans for details

Pricing for private art shows: 2 week min. at $300, 1 month at $500, plus $50 an hour for the labor (art handling) and materials.

Spotlight Gallery:

Capacity: 10-15 people standing, not suitable for sitting
Size: 101 square feet

Pricing for private art shows: 2 week min. at $200, 1 month at $300 for gallery, plus $50 an hour for the labor (art handling) and materials. $100 per month for video installation only – no additional charge if video is included in the gallery show.
