A fin-filled musical adventure with a shark-tastic meal!
From the creator of Doc McStuffins and Vampirina, Finn is a heartwarming musical adventure about a young shark on the brink of growing up. As he prepares to join the fearsome Shark Guard, Finn can’t shake the feeling that he’s different from the other sharks. Deep inside, he discovers a colorful fish inside him—a part of himself that longs to sparkle, sing, and dance. As Finn embarks on a journey of self-discovery, friendship, and adventure, he finds the courage to be himself! Fun for all ages!

Introducing the PB&J Café
PB&J Café: A Dinner Theater for Kids! At the PB&J Café, young theatergoers will enjoy a meal during the performance and leave with autographs from their favorite characters.
HOW IT WORKS:
A Meal with the Show – Each child will receive a meal featuring: A classic PB&J (or alternative main option), a tasty side, a sweet treat for dessert, and a juice box (please Note: A few days before the show, you’ll receive a pre-show email with a short form to let us know about any dietary restrictions or preferences)
Grown-ups will enjoy a grazing table featuring a selection of hors d’oeuvres. Plus, our bar and concessions will be open for additional food and drink purchases.
A Special Atmosphere – The auditorium will be transformed into an interactive dining experience, with tables arranged on the risers and additional seating behind them. All seating is general admission, creating a fun and casual setting for families to enjoy the show together.
Meet the Cast – After the show, kids will have a chance to meet the cast and receive autographs from their favorite characters!

Sensory-Friendly Performance

Constellation offers select sensory-friendly performances for our Constellation for Kids series. This special performance is designed to create a theater experience that is welcoming to all families with children with sensory sensitivities. Tickets to Constellation’s Sensory-Friendly performances are Pay What You Will, meaning you get to choose your own ticket price (starting at $5, plus a $3 venue preservation fee). Sponsored by Unlocking the Spectrum.
Accommodations for these performances include:
- Lower sound level, especially for startling or loud sounds
- Lights remain on at a low level in the theater during the performance
- Elimination of any strobe or flashing light sequences
- Patrons are free to talk and leave their seats during the performance
- More space in theater seating area for standing and movement
- Fidgets and noise canceling headphones welcome
- Resource materials available online and at performances, so families know what to expect at the theater and during the show.

- Director: Daniella Wheelock

Daniella Wheelock (she/her) is a theatremaker and community builder currently serving as the Associate Artistic Director of Constellation Stage & Screen. She graduated magna cum laude from Webster University’s Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts with a degree in Directing and was an Emerging Professional Resident at Milwaukee Repertory Theatre. She has three years of development experience writing grants and supporting arts organizations of all sizes in Chicago both as an individual and as a member of the Artistic Fundraising Group team. In her directing work, she has assistant directed at regional theatres across the Midwest, including Steppenwolf Theatre Company, St. Louis Repertory Theatre, and Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, in addition to directing around the country. In Bloomington, she has directed Wipeout and Webster’s B!+@# at Constellation and The Roommate at Cardinal Stage. Other recent directing credits include: The Rise and Fall of Holly Fudge (Phoenix Theatre | Indianapolis, IN); Hot Asian Doctor Husband (Alley Repertory Theatre | Boise, ID); Let Me Tell You: Stories of Asian American Authenticity (produced by mia park and Chicago Public Library | Chicago, IL); and Working (CATCO | Columbus, OH). daniellawheelock.com
