For all our shows performed at the Waldron Arts Center, we will have online sign up forms for ushers to sign up for specific performances. This commitment requires you to be timely, well dressed, and courteous to our patrons. Ushers are required to arrive one hour prior to the start of a performance, wearing black bottoms and a white top. We are now seeking ushers for The Mountaintop and Ada and the Engine!
Duties will include – but are not limited to – directing patrons to their assigned seats, handing out programs, assisting with accessible seating, and generally welcoming patrons and helping them enjoy their time with us. Ushers are encouraged to attend the show they are working at no cost, and may be asked to assist the box office attendant with post-show collection of donations and/or clean-up.
NOTE: As of now, Ushers will be expected to be able to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 (booster not required, but encouraged) upon arrival and a non-cloth face mask (e.g. surgical, N95, etc.) must be worn at all times when in the Waldron facility. Cardinal Stage can provide you with a non-cloth face mask upon arrival if you do not plan on providing your own. Up-to-date Health and Safety Protocols may be found on Cardinal Stage’s website.
